Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support, configure, and optimize SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The role involves working closely with business users, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production processes, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PP (Production Planning)

• Configure and support SAP PP modules:

• Master Data (BOM, Work Centers, Routings)

• Demand Management

• MRP (MRP types, planning strategies)

• Production Orders and Process Orders

• Analyze production requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Support shop floor control and capacity planning

• Troubleshoot and resolve PP-related issues

• Collaborate with MM, SD, and WM/EWM teams for integrated planning

SAP QM (Quality Management)

• Configure and support SAP QM processes:

• Quality Planning & Inspection

• Quality Notifications & Certificates

• Implement inspection types for procurement, production, and sales

• Support quality audits, defect management, and corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

• Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, and FI

• Ability to analyze business problems and propose SAP solutions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

Preferred Skills:

• Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems

• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.Top of Form

• Experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM (technical perspective)

• Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV reports

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and HANA concepts (preferred)

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
