Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to provide AMS support for SAP PLM applications in a food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on production support, issue resolution, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement of product and compliance-related data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP PLM incidents, service requests, and problems.
• Support and maintain:
  • Product master data
  • BOM management
  • Document Management System (DMS)
  • Change Management processes
• Resolve issues within agreed SLAs and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle minor configuration changes and functional enhancements.
• Support integrations with SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM.
• Assist users with troubleshooting, functional guidance, and system usage.
• Participate in testing, regression support, and documentation updates.
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP PLM support (AMS environment)
• Hands-on knowledge of BOMs, DMS, and Change Management
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Understanding of ITIL-based support processes
• Experience using incident management/ticketing tools

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PLM
• Knowledge of global AMS support models
• Basic awareness of food industry compliance and documentation needs

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• SAP PLM certification (preferred)
