Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SAP FICO
Responsibilities:
.Candidate should have experience in SAP FICO in S4 Hana/ECC landscape.
.Should have worked in a minimum of 3-4 End to End Implementation of SAP FICO where 1 compulsory in S4 Hana.
.Driving competency build activities with consultants from across other modules.
.Mandatory S/4 HANA experience on-prem/cloud. Certification will be an added advantage.
.Strong knowledge of FICO cross-module integration.
.Preferable knowledge in other associated modules like BPC, Treasury, S4 Hana Group reporting, CFIN, etc.
.Good foundational knowledge of Taxation and exposure to Advanced Compliance Reporting.
.Exposure to working on RFP's and solutioning aspects involving FICO.
.Should have adequate experience in developing SAP solution and POV in area of SAP FICO along S4 HANA Simple Finance.
.Should have strong configuration knowledge and experience in developing customized solution on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Bank Accounting and Profitability Analysis. He should be knowledgeable on FICO interaction with other modules like PP, QM, MM, SD within depth understanding of master data.
.Should have handled client-facing roles involving requirements, conducting Fit Gaps workshops, CRP and other deployment activities.
.Working with different Tax procedures and Bank Integration solutions would be an advantage. He should be knowledgeable on FICO interaction with other modules like PP, QM, MM, SD within depth understanding of master data.
.The candidate should be experienced and knowledgeable in defining system's strategies / requirements, prototyping, testing, training & implementing practical business solutions.
.Provide financial reporting and analysis including, budget/forecasting, working capital, Group reporting, supplementary packs and ad-hoc requests as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: B.Tech/B. E, MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Knowledge of ECC/S4 Hana,
.Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA finance from a reputed college preferred.
.Possess good communication skills and a very good team player.
.Experience analyzing processes to determine areas for improvement, increased efficiency and cost reduction, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
.Experience working in a global business environment with a clear understanding of acquisitions, global processes, and transactional flows an advantage
.Highly organized, diligent with attention to detail
.High level of technical accounting competence required - the ability to research and resolve accounting issues and ensure compliance with IFRS
.Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on the delivery of financial targets
