SAP BTP Solutions Design: Lead the design and implementation of SAP BTP-based solutions, integrating various technologies and platforms, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP AI/ML services.
Client Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and design SAP BTP solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure SAP BTP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP and non-SAP systems.
Cloud & Data Solutions: Focus on cloud-based solutions leveraging SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud to drive data-driven decision-making and business insights.
System Integration: Design and implement integrations across the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba) and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
Optimization & Innovation: Advise clients on how to optimize existing systems using SAP BTP capabilities, including IoT, AI/ML, big data analytics, and workflow automation.
Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of solutions, adhering to project schedules, budgets, and scope.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams, ensuring they have the skills and understanding to leverage SAP BTP solutions effectively.
Documentation & Reporting: Document all configurations, processes, and integrations and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP developments, new features, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Integration Suite).
Strong experience in implementing and configuring SAP BTP solutions, particularly in the areas of cloud integration, analytics, and data management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is highly desirable.
Understanding of key business processes and how SAP BTP can be leveraged to drive business transformation.
Experience in SAP Cloud Platform development, including Java, Node.js, and SAP Fiori applications.
Familiarity with SAP AI/ML solutions and integrating these with business workflows to automate and optimize processes.
SAP BTP Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or other SAP solutions integrated with SAP BTP.
Knowledge of cloud-native development and DevOps principles.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and robotic process automation (RPA) within the SAP ecosystem.
