Project Mgmt Specialist II

Key Deliverables:

• Drive operational metrics and KPIs for IA engineering teams, including NPI program performance and revenue tracking.
• Establish analytics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute operational and strategic improvements.
• Present KPI metrics and trends to engineering leadership and generate Monthly Operation Reports (MOR).

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) Lifecycle and support revenue realization for India-accountable NPIs.
• Analyze and derive insights from data to prioritize business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day change management and track operational initiatives across IA teams.
• Generate and manage data dashboards, ensuring accuracy in reporting and decision-making.
