Role Description

The Consultant-IFC (Integrated Farming Clusters) will oversee the implementation and management of Integrated Farming Cluster projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include developing and executing project plans, coordinating with local agricultural stakeholders, providing capacity-building support, facilitating workshops, and monitoring project performance. Additionally, the consultant will handle data collection, report generation, and offer strategic input for continuous project improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications
  • Experience in agricultural project management, farm development planning, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Strong skills in capacity building, training facilitation, and community engagement efforts.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with rural development initiatives and government programs in agriculture is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work onsite and collaborate with diverse teams and communities effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
