Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khopoli for a Construction Project Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The Construction Project Manager will ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Other key duties include monitoring project progress, managing risks, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management - Real Estate
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of real estate construction projects
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior work experience in Plotted Development, residential real estate is a must.
