This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards, and addressing any project challenges. The Construction Project Manager will ensure all activities align with industry regulations and company goals while delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proven experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting
• Ability to develop and execute detailed Project Management plans
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required
• Experience with residential or commercial construction is highly preferred
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is essential
• Proficiency in construction management software is an added advantage
