Construction Manager

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage on-site staff.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in construction management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
