Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
