Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including JSW Plant In-House, architects, contractors, and builders in Mumbai
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the Mumbai market, including JSW Plant In-House
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Mumbai market and increase market share
  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and prospects
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Manage and coordinate logistics, delivery, and installation of products for JSW Plant In-House and other key customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and waterproofing/construction chemicals products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Shall require to travel extensive in Plant and Market to seek Business Opportunities
  • Experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in a similar industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of waterproofing and construction chemicals products
  • Experience in managing large industrial accounts, such as JSW Plant In-House
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
