We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Order Management Processes (Order to Cash), focusing on Quote to Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlements using Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite (NS). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Order Management processes, focusing on Order to Cash lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions for Quote to Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes in SFDC and NS.
- Configure and customize Salesforce and NetSuite to support order management workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Identify process improvements and drive automation initiatives where possible.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management and related systems.
Required Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Order Management with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
- Strong expertise in Quote to Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite (NS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, with a focus on process optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
