Job Description

Job Title: Conceptualizer – Events & Brand Activations

Key Responsibilities:-

Concept Development

  • Develop original, insight-driven concepts for events, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns
  • Create compelling storytelling frameworks and creative narratives aligned with brand objectives
  • Translate brand strategy and client briefs into impactful on-ground experiences

Campaign & Activation Planning

  • Ideate and strategize ATL/BTL campaigns, on-ground activations, and hybrid event concepts
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints including visuals, messaging, and audience interaction

Client Engagement & Presentation

  • Participate in client briefing and discovery sessions to understand brand goals and challenges
  • Create high-impact concept decks and PPT presentations for internal and client reviews
  • Present ideas confidently to clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, production teams, vendors, and external agencies for seamless execution
  • Translate concepts into actionable briefs, timelines, budgets, and execution plans

Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activations, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior
  • Apply research insights to enhance creativity and engagement strategies

Quality & Impact Measurement

  • Ensure creative output is aligned with business objectives and delivers measurable impact
  • Analyze post-event performance and insights to improve future campaigns

Required Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Advertising, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in event conceptualization, brand activations, or experiential marketing
  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and visual presentation skills
  • Proven experience translating ideas into engaging presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:-

  • Experience with large-scale events, exhibitions, and hybrid activations
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and audience engagement
  • Exposure to budgeting, project management tools, and risk mitigation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
