Job Description:

• Proven experience as a teacher.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Provide individualized instruction to each participated teacher and student by promoting interactive learning.
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.).
• Design, facilitate, and teach the computer instruction to the teacher and students.
• Prepare to execute lesson plans, assign tasks, evaluate student work and progress.
• Develop course syllabus, assess, supervise, and motivate teacher and students.
• Assess and record teachers and students progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Generating progress report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Participate in regular meetings.
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
• Use professional discretion and judgment in managing students in the classroom setting.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience as a computer trainer /coach in schools, colleges, or any institutes like MS-CIT/Computer training centers.
• Knowledge of Computer Software, MS-Office and Digital Learning Program.
• BCA/MSC/ B.sc Computer Science or any graduate having command over computer training.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and internet surfing and should be knowledgeable to train the teachers and students on computer operation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to develop a rapport with students in the classroom.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ethics at all times.
• Experience working with school teachers and students preferred.
• Experience working in computer labs and with assisting patrons with computer usage preferred.
