Job Description

Business Development Officer

Location: Pan India

Role Overview We're looking for a Business Development Officer to help scale our growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue. This is a high-ownership role where you'll think strategically while executing on-ground in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Sales & Lead Generation, Relationship Management
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports

Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Experience should be minimum 2-4 years in sales.
Proven experience in sales or business development (retail preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
