Job Responsibilities :
- Business Process Understanding and solution designing
- Provide the Support of Business Applications to End Users
- Understanding, Mapping and Configuration of Textile Business process with ERP/INTEX.
- Understanding of Users requirements and Mapping with relevant data, documentation and preparation of System requirement specification.
- SQL # Tables usage
- Issue log and trouble tickets management
- Escalation and coordination of Issues with solution provider/vendor
Education Requirement :
B.E. / B. Tech (Any discipline)
Experience Requirement :
1-6 years experience
