Job Description

  • Interpret RBI circulars, Master Directions, and guidelines; ensure timely implementation.
  • Manage and maintain the compliance framework, policies, SOPs, and regulatory trackers.
  • Perform periodic compliance testing, monitoring, and control reviews.
  • Identify gaps, track corrective actions, and report compliance status to senior management.
  • Prepare and file all RBI returns accurately and within timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and regulatory submissions.
  • Act as a liaison during RBI inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
  • Conduct compliance training and provide advisory support to business teams.
