Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory:

  • Manage regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors, accountants
  • Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely filings

Finance & Accounts:

  • Review accounting, financial statements, and cash flows
  • Support audits, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Track budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Operations:

  • Oversee operational processes and improve efficiency
  • Manage vendor coordination, contracts, and payments
  • Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and internal trackers

Executive Office Support:

  • Work closely with leadership on ongoing business priorities
  • Ensure follow-ups and execution across teams
  • Assist in building processes and internal controls

Key Skills Required:

  • Accounting & Financial Analysis
  • Compliance (SEBI / AIF preferred)
  • MIS & Reporting
  • Operational Coordination
  • Strong Excel & documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset
