Role & responsibilities
Compliance & Regulatory:
- Manage regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants
- Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely filings
Finance & Accounts:
- Review accounting, financial statements, and cash flows
- Support audits, taxation, and financial reporting
- Track budgets, expenses, and financial performance
Operations:
- Oversee operational processes and improve efficiency
- Manage vendor coordination, contracts, and payments
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and internal trackers
Executive Office Support:
- Work closely with leadership on ongoing business priorities
- Ensure follow-ups and execution across teams
- Assist in building processes and internal controls
Key Skills Required:
- Accounting & Financial Analysis
- Compliance (SEBI / AIF preferred)
- MIS & Reporting
- Operational Coordination
- Strong Excel & documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred candidate profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory with minimum 4-5 years of experience
