Role: Compensation & Benefits Manager
Role Overview
Support the design, administration, and optimization of compensation frameworks, incentive structures, and HR analytics to enable effective talent management and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the annual compensation review cycle, including fixed pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives (ESOPs).
- Administer and track sales incentive plans across business segments; contribute to plan design and improvements.
- Drive compensation benchmarking, data validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver insights through HR analytics, including productivity metrics and compensation effectiveness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of rewards strategy with business objectives.
- Maintain adherence to compensation regulations, policies, and risk frameworks.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/BBM graduates from tier 1/tier 2 institutes (MBA is preferred)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Exposure to banking or financial services preferred.
- Experience in compensation cycles, incentive plan administration/design, and ESOPs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Working knowledge of compensation regulations and governance practices.
