What will you get to do

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and allied laws (FEMA, SEBI).
• Manage ROC filings, statutory registers, and records.
• Draft board/committee/shareholder meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Advise on corporate governance, secretarial standards, and company policies.
• Handle event-based compliances (allotment, transfer, charges, etc.).
• Handle dematerialisation of shares and related compliance work.
• Conduct in-house secretarial due diligence and maintain all secretarial paperwork in order.
• Maintain trackers for shareholding, meetings, compliance calendars, etc.
• Prepare a framework for global compliance of the Whatfix group and work with overseas consultants.

Eligibility and Required Skills

• 4 to 8 yearspost-qualification experience (Member of ICSI for at least 4 years).
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, MCA portal, and compliance management.
• Good drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Have attention to detail.
