Role: CS Intern Capital Markets

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Intern to join our Capital Markets team. This role offers hands-on exposure to IPOs, rights issues, preferential allotments, and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting offer documents, board resolutions, and shareholder resolutions
• Supporting SEBI, ROC, and stock exchange filings
• Coordinating with clients, legal advisors, registrars, and other intermediaries
• Assisting in due diligence and compliance documentation
• Maintaining statutory records and regulatory trackers
• Supporting transaction execution in capital market mandates

Eligibility Criteria:

• CS student (Executive/Professional level)
• Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and capital market processes
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: 10,000 15,000 per month
