Board & Governance Support
- Provide guidance to Directors regarding their duties, responsibilities, and powers
- Assist and advise the Board in ensuring strong corporate governance practices
- Support the Board in conducting the affairs of the company in compliance with applicable laws
Meetings & Documentation
- Facilitate the convening of Board, committee, and general meetings
- Attend meetings and maintain accurate minutes and statutory records
- Obtain necessary approvals from the Board, shareholders, government authorities, and regulators
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Represent the company before regulators and authorities under the Companies Act, 2013
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely and accurate statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices
- Discharge duties as specified under applicable Acts, rules, and regulations
Coordination & Data Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required data for compliance purposes
- Maintain statutory records and documentation in both soft and hard formats
- Ensure systematic record-keeping at the registered office
