This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for a Company Secretary. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining company records, drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documentation, coordinating board meetings, and managing corporate governance tasks. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and providing expert guidance to management and the board.

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws, Companies Act, and Secretarial Standards
• Proficiency in legal document drafting and corporate governance practices
• Organizational, time management, and administrative competencies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Experience with compliance filings such as MCA Filing, ROC Filing, and XBRL preparation
• A Company Secretary qualification (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the finance, legal, or accounting fields is an advantage
