Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: 3-10 years

CTC: 10-20 LPA

Job Description:

Regulatory Compliances

Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), SAST, and PIT Regulations.

Handle annual filings of Companies and LLPs.

File various forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Board & Statutory Matters

Prepare Director's Report and annexures in line with the Companies Act, 2013.

Draft Notices, Agendas, and Minutes for Board Meetings and General Meetings.

Maintain statutory company registers under the Companies Act, 2013.

Manage attendance sheets and other statutory records.

Appointments & Resignations

Manage appointment, resignation, and re-appointment of Auditors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and Directors.

Handle appointment and resignation of Company Secretaries.

Regularize directors as per legal requirements.

Corporate Actions

Oversee compliances related to transfer of shares and other corporate actions.

Manage preferential issues, bonus issues, rights issues, ISIN creation, and related secretarial/legal work.

Entity Formation & Changes

Incorporation of LLPs, private companies, and public companies.

Manage changes in the registered office of the company.
