About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with strong experience in the NBFC and Fintech

sector to manage secretarial and compliance functions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of

corporate governance, RBI compliance, and regulatory filings, ensuring seamless adherence to all

statutory and board requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI, and NBFC regulations.

Prepare, review, and file all ROC, RBI, and statutory returns.

Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and AGMs.

Maintain records of shareholding patterns, ESOPs, and company secretarial documents.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Draft and maintain internal policies and compliance checklists.

Support in corporate restructuring, due diligence, and secretarial audits.

Requirements:

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).

3+ years of experience in NBFC/Fintech/Financial Services.

Excellent understanding of RBI and corporate governance frameworks.

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
