About Us:
IBDIC (Indian Banks Digital Infrastructure Company) is a consortium of 18 Indian banks, including major players like SBI, HDFC, and ICICI Bank, founded in 2022 to build a digital public infrastructure using blockchain and other emerging technologies for India's banking and economic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement organization's secretarial and compliance processes and policies in
line with statutory requirements to mitigate current as well as future risks.
2.Ensure compliance to the Ethics and compliance policy and ensure regular reporting.
3.Ensure Organisational compliance to all applicable secretarial laws for India.
4.Ensure Board meetings are held as per statutory provisions of law and prepare the agenda
and maintain minutes for all Board meetings.
5.Act as a nodal point of contact for SEBI, RBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs
6.Undertake appointment for third party auditors and coordinate with all departments for timely closure of audits.
Requirements:
1.8 years to 3 years PQE. Qualified to practice in India.
2.You should be qualified lawyer and a company secretary having handled both legal and
secretarial work preferably with a financial institute.
3.Ability to deal with granularity of issues.
4.Strong collaboration skills, especially with business and technology partners
