Job Description

  • The incumbent for the position will be a secretarial consultant to clients of Guru Jana who would examine the secretarial records maintained by the client and provide suitable advice to clients about the compliances to be met

Principal Responsibilities

  • Execute jobs assigned to perfection
  • Collect and collate wide range of information
  • Develop an understanding of the firm's secretarial approach, methodology tools
  • Work towards delivering within the committed timelines, update files, working files, records and ensuring documentation process is as per prescribed standards
  • Ensure consistency in deliverables and meet the objectives of quality initiatives
  • Provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and thereby improving the business performance of the client/s
  • Filing Annual and event-based forms and other documents of the client assigned in the best possible manner.
Preparation / review of the documents relating to the services assigned like:

  • Memorandum of Associations
  • Articles of associations
  • Board Meeting minutes
  • General meeting minutes
  • Compliance certificate
