Looking for a Company Secretary to handle secretarial activities of a FinTech and NBFC company.
Experience: 4 years & above
Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with good knowledge of companies Act preferably with NBFC experience.
Job Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Mode of Work: Work from Office (Mandatory)
Job Description:
- Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
- Establishing Agreements with partners, third party service providers, liaising with various stakeholders
- Appointment / change in directors, key managerial personnel, Director KYC etc.
- Filing of Annual Documents and Forms, Filing of Charge forms for creation, modification and satisfaction with ROC.
- Responsible for all compliance requirements with various regulatory bodies, support due-diligence related activities.
- All secretarial works such as issue of shares, transfer of shares, compliance related activities
- All types of Business Licensing and Registrations
