Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Company Secretary at AGR Advisors LLP in Hyderabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also provide legal and secretarial support to the organization, contribute to risk advisory, and assist in intellectual property rights matters. The role requires proactive client care and understanding of clients businesses and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Need to be a qualified CS
  • Experience in maintaining statutory records and handling legal documentation
  • Strong knowledge of Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Legal Compliance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A fresher or someone with 1 year of experience is preferred.

Compensation: We are happy to pay between 7-8LPA.
