Business Development Manager – IT Sales (International Markets)

Location: Wakad, Pune

Experience: 3+ years in IT sales (International Markets)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive IT sales in international markets. The ideal candidate should be smart, confident, and an outof-the-box thinker who can generate leads, manage end-to-end sales, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and digital platforms. ᤰᤱ

End-to-End Sales: Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. ᤰᤱ

Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients. ᤰᤱ

Market Expansion: Explore new markets, understand customer pain points, andoƯer tailored IT solutions.

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic business development initiatives. ᤰᤱ

Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals. ᤰᤱ

Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue growth. Skills &

Qualifications:

࿪ Proven track record of B2B sales and lead generation in the IT industry.

࿨࿩࿪ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
