This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Volunteer at Coliwo, located in the Pune Division. The Community Volunteer will be responsible for engaging with residents and fostering a sense of community by organizing events, addressing resident concerns, and assisting new tenants with onboarding. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, managing shared spaces, supporting resident initiatives, and ensuring a positive living and coworking environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and resolve concerns
• Event planning and community management experience to organize and coordinate activities
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and respond promptly to resident queries
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to address a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Experience in hospitality, coworking, or coliving environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
