Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to lead day-to-day client activities and ensure exceptional service delivery at an assigned property in Reading. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role is crucial for fostering a positive client experience through effective team leadership, meticulous site operations, and robust risk management.

Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and coach the on-site team, ensuring high morale, trust, and strong work ethics.
- Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence.
- Mentor team members and enable their training and development.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Build and develop exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Act as the key on-site point of contact for all Facilities and Customer Service matters within the client's premises.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
- Guarantee that vendor procurement processes comply with both agreed client guidelines and JLL best practices.
Contracts Management
- Plan and manage all contracts to ensure professional delivery at optimal costs.
- Monitor contract expiry dates diligently and initiate re-procurement when necessary.
- Continually assess contracts to ensure they deliver the best value to the client.
Finance Management
- Ensure all financial processes are followed meticulously.
Health & Safety Management
- Ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
- Guarantee compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
Site Operations Management
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice operations.
- Implement and maintain building procedures and performance measures.
- Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
- Regularly review existing operations to reduce costs and enhance operational standards.
- Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance when required.
Risk Management
- Implement and maintain a property risk management program, including regular audits.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained.
- Guarantee escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are in place.
- Assist in developing guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with JLL's business conduct.
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within facilities or property management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day client activities and be a key on-site contact.
- Track record of successfully managing service quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance, and operations.
