Additionally, we provide a legal framework to support the copyright of artists participating in collaborations. Sekeron is committed to empowering artists to showcase their talents and protect their creative rights.

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Community & Engagement Intern. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing community interactions, fostering engagement across the platform, addressing user inquiries, and supporting user satisfaction. Additional tasks include promoting active participation among members, engaging in direct communications, and conducting feedback analysis. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a passion for building relationships with community members
• Expertise in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms or an interest in creative communities
• Any background or experience in art, media, or digital community building would be a plus
