Job Description – CRM Assistant/Marketing Assistant

Location:Gurugram, Onsite

Department:Marketing

Reports to:Associate Marketing Manager

Salary Bracket : 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Role Overview

The Marketing Support Specialist will support Qurist's marketing team across CRM, campaigns, content creation, community engagement, and operational execution. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate multiple deliverables, manage customer interactions, and assist in both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 50%

  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and official email IDs.
  • Reply to ad comments across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to website reviews.
  • Track and log queries in the CRM: categorize by type, average resolution time, FAQs.
  • Collect customer feedback, reviews, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) data.
  • Tag and analyze customer queries/issues in CRM to identify trends.
  • Maintain regular hygiene of customer communication channels to improve responsiveness and efficiency.

2. Campaign & Marketing Support (20%)

  • Support influencer scouting, coordination, and logistics.
  • Manage community engagement on platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, and Quora.
  • Help create content for blogs, emailers, and other marketing communication.
  • Assist with NGO/CSR initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support in video content creation.

3. Operational & Execution Support (20%)

  • Support photoshoots, including coordination and basic assistance on set.
  • Assist in offline event scouting and logistics.
  • Support other marketing team members in cross-functional tasks as required.

4. Reporting & Analytics (10%)

  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Share insights and suggestions to improve marketing initiatives based on CRM and social data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, Canva (or similar), and basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative eye and analytical mindset.
  • Interest in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space preferred.
