Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Community Building & Management professional. The individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining a positive and engaged community around our brand, managing facilities and operational processes, coordinating community initiatives, and implementing strategies to build strong, collaborative relationships. Other responsibilities include handling budgeting for community events and activities, ensuring building and infrastructure maintenance, and supporting efficient operations while championing the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in Building Management and Facility Management (FM), with the ability to oversee operations and ensure smooth functioning of all related activities
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance to oversee repairs and maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in Budgeting, including planning and management of costs for events, activities, and facilities
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with teams across time zones
- Prior experience in community building, customer engagement, or a similar field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field is preferred
