Experience: 2-4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar pumps, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Handle service calls and resolve complaints within one week to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage the existing team effectively while incorporating new members to enhance performance.
- Liaise with government bodies and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage stock levels and warehouse operations to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Conduct marketing activities related to the project to promote solar pump solutions.
- Must possess a personal bike/vehicle for travel to various project sites.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope and budget constraints.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and efficiency within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to enhance project offerings.
