Community Associate — Nuuk

Location: CoWorks, Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon

Type: Part-time, In-office/ Hybrid (Sat- Sun, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM)

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Role Overview

The Community Associate is the heart of the Nuuk Community Desk, our in-house customer experience team. Unlike brands that outsource customer support, we believe every interaction should be personal, empathetic, and aligned with our values. Your role is to support and engage with customers across channels, resolve queries with care, and ensure that every Nuuk customer feels heard, supported, and delighted. You will work closely with the Community Manager and multiple teams across the company to deliver a seamless experience and build real customer relationships.

  • 0–1 years of experience (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

1. Customer Support & Query Resolution
  • Handle customer queries across Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media DMs, and IVR.
  • Provide clear, empathetic, timely resolutions to ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Communicate in a tone that reflects Nuuk's brand voice — calm, minimal, solution-oriented.
  • Follow SOPs while genuinely connecting with the customer.

2. Customer Experience
  • Ensure every interaction is empathetic and customer-first.
  • Understand customer frustrations and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain service quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Identify recurring issues and share them with the team.

3. Process & Technology Adoption
  • Use internal tools, CRM systems, bots, FAQs, and IVR flows efficiently.
  • Suggest improvements where processes can be smoother or faster.
  • Flag bugs or breakdowns in the customer journey.

4. Insights & Reporting
  • Log detailed notes from customer interactions.
  • Share insights with the Community Manager for product development, post-sales planning, and communication improvements.
  • Help maintain updated FAQs and customer knowledge bases.

5. Community Support
  • Assist in managing our Nuuk Insider community on WhatsApp & Instagram.
  • Share announcements, respond to questions, and support engagement activities.
  • Work with the brand team on simple communication tasks and customer-facing updates.
