ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Designer based in New Delhi. The Communications Designer will be responsible for creating visual communication designs, developing branding strategies, and producing graphics for corporate use. The position involves close collaboration with different teams to ensure the designs align with the company's vision and enhance the overall brand image.

Ideal for someone who is visually sharp, deeply organised, and excited by the challenge of turning brand stories into beautiful, effective content.

  • Design creatives including social media posts, stories, reels covers, website banners, email graphics, and ad creatives, ensuring consistency in brand colours, typography, and tone of voice
  • Ideate, script, and edit short-form video content (primarily Reels), using transitions, overlays, and trending formats; coordinate with internal teams for shoot planning, styling, and references
  • Create and maintain design templates, asset libraries, and brand guides for scale and consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing, performance, and eCommerce teams to ensure visuals support overall campaign goals, including homepage updates, product graphics, and Shopify banners
  • Repurpose visual content across platforms (organic, paid, email, WhatsApp) and ensure timely execution
  • Organise and maintain a structured archive of creative assets, inspiration references, and benchmarking material
  • Keep up with design trends, visual storytelling formats, and competitor content to constantly evolve the brand's creative direction

SKILLS & SOFTWARES REQUIRED:

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator
  • Photo Editing, Video Editing, Storyboarding
  • Basic knowledge of photography/ styling/ moodboarding
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, brand aesthetics, and storytelling
  • Proficient in English (for captions, reels, text, banners, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and visual documentation habits

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite / social scheduling tools
  • Understanding of content for ads (static + video) and what makes them convert
  • Prior work in a fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brand

Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi

Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
