Position Overview – Communications Designer

We are seeking a full-time Communications Designer to join our team in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving the visual language of our brand across various verticals. This position involves designing digital content, UI/UX elements, social media assets, and presentation materials that support storytelling and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX and Digital Asset Design

• Develop banners, icons, and UI elements for a responsible travel portal.
• Collaborate with the web development team to enhance user interface and visual consistency.

Social Media and Campaign Creatives

• Design graphics, GIFs, reels, and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Align visual output with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and audience insights.

Content Development and Coordination

• Work with internal teams to create both visual and written content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies to manage ad accounts and campaign creatives.

Image and Video Editing

• Edit product imagery, events documentation, and brand video content.
• Create short-form video content for reels, teasers, and promotional purposes.

Marketing Collaterals and Presentations

• Develop brochures, infographics, pitch decks, and presentation templates for external and internal communications.

Travel and External Coordination

• Be prepared to travel for field documentation, events, and project coordination.
• Work with vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective execution of creative requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong, relevant internship portfolios may also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of design aesthetics, and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in sustainability, cultural heritage, and social enterprise is a strong advantage.
