The opportunity:
As part of CP&O, your mission will be to drive key projects which will be developed into global practice for all countries. Enable the business by providing advice of financial analysis and strategy on key topics.

How you'll make an impact:

• Leads the team on key projects related to accounting and finance transformation.
• Identify milestones and track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are achieved.
• Influence strategy with the business and finance to deliver long term efficiencies.
• Maintain a high standard of documentation for the process related to projects.
• Business partnering on various issues related to financial reporting and strategy.
• Experience in managing the Internal controls, interpreting the accounting policies &procedures.
• Recruitment, training, and. development of team members.
• Adopt and apply new tech initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Robust understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Good understanding of Accounting Standards (IFRS)
• Knowledge of hedge accounting is an added advantage.
• Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
• Project management skills will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally
• Good problem solving analytical skills ability to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives focus on details

Your Background:

• Must have Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI and other automation tools is an added advantage.
• Language skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
