Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Sonipat, Haryana, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and presenting appropriate product solutions. The Sales Associate will also negotiate and close deals, promote the Vardiwale brand, and provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and client retention strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relations
• Capability to work independently as well as contribute to team objectives
• Proficiency in market research and understanding customer requirements
• Prior experience in the textile, apparel, or uniform industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ethical in sales practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
