Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission Sales Associate for an on-site, full-time role based in Coimbatore. Key responsibilities include generating leads, engaging potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. The role also involves ongoing relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a focus on B2B or digital solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Result-oriented mindset with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital product design, development, or marketing is a strong advantage.
