About The Postcard Hotel

The Postcard Hotel is a collection of intimate luxury retreats set in serene destinations,

known for mindful living, personalized hospitality, and thoughtfully curated culinary

experiences. Our kitchens focus on simplicity, freshness, and quality, offering guests food

that is both soulful and refined.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items including breads, pastries,

desserts, and baked accompaniments

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation as per brand standards

Follow recipes, portion control, and baking procedures accurately

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP)

Support senior chefs during service and daily prep

Ensure proper storage and handling of bakery ingredients

Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen discipline

Candidate Profile:

Prior hands-on experience in a professional bakery or hotel pastry kitchen is

mandatory

Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions diligently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality environment

Candidates willing to relocate will be preferred
