Experience: 13 years in hot kitchen (caf / bistro / QSR / cloud kitchen)

About the role
- Hiring for multiple modern cafs with European / Mediterranean / Continentalleaning menus in Bandra.
- You'll work in compact, fastpaced, allelectric kitchens focused on breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, burgers, small plates and cafstyle mains.
Key responsibilities
- Work on hot kitchen production and live service
- Cook and plate breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, burgers and small plates to set standards
- Assist in assembling icecream / dessert plates and sundaes (no pastrylab work)
- Handle mise en place, storage, cleaning and station hygiene
- Support Head / Sous Chefs in trials, tastings and new dishes
- Follow strict food safety and closing checklists
Musthave profile
- 13 years as commis / line cook in hot kitchen (caf, bistro, QSR, cloud kitchen)
- Clear exposure to European / Mediterranean / Continental food
- Comfortable in caf kitchens, not hotel banquets
- Currently in Mumbai and able to start within a few days
- Basic English, discipline, and strong hygiene habits
- Genuine interest in learning modern caf food
