We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team, working full-time at our on-site location in Mumbai. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, helping senior chefs during service, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and learning various culinary techniques. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop skills in a professional kitchen setting.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong Culinary Skills and a passion for food and presentation
• Understanding and implementation of hygiene and safety standards
• Effective Communication skills to work as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus
• Culinary certification or training is an advantage
