Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef, located in Bengaluru South. The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in alignment with Fireside's standards and passion for flame-cooked cuisine. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, learning culinary techniques, supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals, and adhering to safety and health standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills, with an understanding of fire-based cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and Safety Standards within a professional kitchen environment.
- Excellent Communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and support a collaborative environment.
