Your Role:

As a Commis Chef, you'll assist our culinary team in preparing dishes with precision, consistency, and passion. You'll work hands-on with fresh produce, help with daily mise-en-place, maintain high hygiene standards, and support menu innovation under the guidance of our Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency across dishes
• Learn and grow under senior chefs through daily training
• Contribute to the brand's clean and creative food philosophy
