This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi I specializing in Asian cuisine, based in Bengaluru. The Commi I will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating of Asian dishes according to the menu and established standards. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety guidelines, and supporting the culinary team in day-to-day operations. The role also involves coordinating with senior chefs and effectively communicating within the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.

• Proficiency in Cooking, Culinary Skills, and preparing Asian dishes
• Strong knowledge of Food Preparation and maintaining food standards
• Adherence to Hygiene and food safety regulations
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the team efficiently
• Relevant culinary training or certification is preferred
• Prior experience in an Asian or multi-cuisine kitchen is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage time effectively
