KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ownership of profit & loss and conducting thorough MIS reporting, supporting budget formulation, and executing variance analysis.
- Initiating strategies for working capital improvement, decision support, and providing substantial inputs in all financial aspects of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, income tax, and TDS regulations within the stipulated timelines.
- Supervising the month-end and quarter-end closing process and performing cost accruals when necessary.
- Assisting in Revenue Assurance, Billing leakage issues, and identifying strategic measures for working capital improvement.
- Monitoring revenue leakages and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.
- Managing collections and compliance effectively and reinforcing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Carrying out audit documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
- Analyzing cash flow and tracking KPIs for reporting purposes.
- Conducting financial reporting and data analysis using MS Office, Tally ERP, SAP, and other reporting tools to provide interpretations and insights for executive-level strategic decision making.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&A and business finance across large corporate environments.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant would be a definite plus.
- Strong knowledge of GST Compliance, Income Tax, and TDS Compliance.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Tally ERP, SAP, and MIS Dashboarding tools is a must.
- Exceptional ability to convert complex financial data into digestible business insights and implement findings to streamline operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
